• Is solely responsible for their own business practices, licensing, insurance, and compliance with laws
• Sets their own pricing, scheduling, and service terms
• Enters into direct service agreements with customers
• Is solely responsible for the quality and performance of their work

We do not exercise control over how contractors perform their services, their work quality, pricing, or business practices. We do not supervise, direct, or manage their day-to-day operations.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
